Douglas Derry’s titles include Making it Big in Canada: The Life of William Ramsay of Bowland and Unforgettable Journey. Forthcoming is a biography of Ramsay’s grandson Duncan Ramsay Derry, an exploration geologist whose extensive world travels are described in diary entries and illustrated in watercolours sketched in the field. The most recent being AN IRISH HERITAGE: Two Hundred Years of the Kidd and Langstaff Families in Ontario written or edited by Douglas. This book was preceded by A PASSAGE, being a memoir.
