We acquired this excellent, red heifer as a calf, also from Emerson Clark of Scotsdale. She has not let us down! A big-framed, but elegant cow, Ruby has developed into a high quality animal.

She has produced two bull calves, both red. Her first calf, Poplar Lane Shoccwave 4N, was Kodiak?s show mate last year, and paired with him won Best Two Bulls at the Royal. Shoccwave went on to win a competitive class at Agribition. He is now a stud at George Brown?s Glenrothes Shorthorns in Ontario.

Her second calf, Poplar Lane Leader 5P, is a solid red bull, sired by CF Varsity. We expect equally great things from this young fellow!
